account dispute
i have been paying R500 every month on my edgars account and yet it was more then my monthly installment i am a pensioner but my account stays on an amount of R3000 i have requested statements and for this to be investivated but nothing happens and they dont want to assist me with my request.
i want to know why my account never comes down and why i am always oweing money to edgars could it be someone using my account? or could it be that the money is not deducting from my account.
i really need help with this investigation to get to the bottom of it can you please assist me
