Account closure with Edgars impossible?

Impossible to do account closure, been struggling to get account closed since 07/10/2020 with numerous phone calls and e-mails, after I settled the amount with settlement letter with in 24 hours. Getting calls a few time a week my account are arears Can someone from Edgars please assist?
