Account closure mess

I wish I could give a zero star rating as that is what they deserve for their poor customer service. We have been trying for months now to close my husband's account with them. After paying the settlement amount for closure, they did not close the account and keep charging my husband every month. We have gone into branches, phoned them and emailed them to no avail. Does anybody even work at Edgars to know how to close an account properly???
