ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND LETTER.

I had an account with Edgars (***) for long time, I got retrenched due to company was closing down and the APP covered the account. I paid the remaining balance and requested to permanently close the account and paid up letter to be sent to me by email. Never got the letter, I made a follow up the lady I spoke to told me about turn around time of 7 days of working hours and that the account needs to be zerorised as they were owing me R35, and it's almost 2 months nothing have been received.
