Account closure

I have called Edgars for nearly 5 months asking to close my account. They stated that I have to wait 32 working days. After 32 working days I called them again and they state that the insurance is not canceled and I must call Hollard to cancel the insurance and I must pay the R30 service fee for the last 2 months.

I called the again this afternoon and they state that I have to wait another 32 days. It seems like know one knows the correct account closure procedures.

I am sure that after 32 days they will find another excuse and I will have to pay for their incompetence.

Please can someone advise who I can speak to.
