Account closure

I paid up the account with proof of payments x2 but Im getting the same statements with the same balance for different months and dates, ive got confirmation from rcs that my account was closed but they are still sending statements with a balance that i paid its actually exhausting because i don't wana be handed over for R165 that i paid twice already
