Account Closure

I have an account with Edgars and I have been trying to close my account, received a response stating that before account closure process, there will be some money refunded back to me, they then requested for copy of my ID and my banking details On the 12th of February 2021. I then tried sending an e-mail with no acknowledgement of receipt forwarded through or any feedback.
