Account closure!

After paying my account to Edgars, I requested a paid up letter indicating that my account has been paid up and settled and closed however it is now three months later and nothing was sent to me! It is easy for a company like Edgars to blacklist people and that is even after payment arrangements were made! However I repaid my account and now I seek my proof that my account has been closed.<br> This is a matter that I see as urgent due to the fact that not once was I contacted to say my account is paid up if I didn't reconcile my own account I would still be paying!<br> I request that I am contacted to resolve this matter as for the period when I was paying no one in Edgars could tell me what my balance was even though the payments were made to Edgars themselves!
