Account Closure

Edgars have been harassing me for the past 5 months after i settled and requested my account to be closed. I am getting calls everyday from collections telling me that my account is in arrears, when i explain that i have requested for closure in January they tell me that they can pick up the request from their system but still my account cannot be closed. This has created a bad credit record and score and its very unpleasant and unfair for Edgar's to treat me this way when i have never skipped a payment when i was using their account
