Account closed, Edgar's demanding settlement

On the 23rd of December 2020, I paid the remaining balance on my account in full. I have the existing proof of payment and to-date I have not used the account as ive explained to Edgar's that I no longer want this account, yet they continue to bill me the exact same amount that was due which was paid up in full.

Edgar's is utterly useless, I refuse to pay the amount they are requesting as it has been settled. I will never recommend anyone having an account with Edgar's from the experience ive had with them.
