Account Closed but not closed by Edgars

On the 22/07/2011 my Edgars Account was paid up with the amount of R 5 643.75 and closed after payment was done.The lady at the till said that the account is now closed on the 22/07/2011. 2016 I have Received a Call from A company Called MBD saying that Edgars Handed over my account with an outstanding Balance of R 164.63! After my conversation with Edgars Head Office. \The account will be cleared and the amount will be reversed Mr. Myburgh\" they said but i am still phoning to clear the account as it is not my error. Edgars closed the account on 24/11/2011 and the cashier told me the account is close on the 22/07/2011. \"The account will be cleared\" Every day the same old story! EDGARS PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DID NOT LISTEN TO THE PHONE RECORDINGS! PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND MY COMPLAIN. DO NOT RESPOND SAYING \"WE CONFIRMED WITH MBD THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT PAID!!!! MBD WILL NOT RECEIVE A CENT FROM ME, EDGARS NEED TO SORT MY ACCOUNT!!!! AND PLEASE GIVE YOUR CASHIERS PROPER TRAINING AS THEY MISS LEAD YOUR CLIENTS. "
