Account charges.

I have had an account for around 20 years. I have never missed payments and normally pay more than my required installment. When Covid hit and Edcon Group was in financial trouble i settled my account to do my part to assist. I now have monthly charges on my account, charges that never existed before Covid. Poor show guys, is this the thank you i get for being up to date for years?? Should have a minus scale for ratings. I will be closing my account.
