Account Arrears on an Unused Account?

Good Day Edgars,

I Have received a SMS stating that my account is in the arrears and that I'm been handed over to attorneys.

This is the first time I am hearing of this and according to my records:

1. The account was settled. 2. The account has not been used in over a year. 3. I have received no prior communications/statements by either email, sms or phone call until the above mentioned message was received. 4. My contact details are still up-to-date (evident by the received sms and past statements on my email address)

Im requesting an agent to please look into this and contact me. Further to this, I would also like a updated statement to check.
