Account application - Delayed response after sending docs.
App**** for an account In early December. Received a call the next day to say account has been Provisionally approved and to email my statements/ bring in the store. I have emailed them then two weeks later brought them in store too. In total a month since I've heard anything. Please can you assist. I have tried calling but can't get through.
