Accolade for George (Greenstone branch)
I don't usually shop at Edgars, but on Saturday 23/06/2018 I walked into the edgars store in Greenstone to buy clothes for my 2 year old and 8 year old boys. We were greeted by the guard at the door, welcomed and ushered yo the kids section by George (Visual Merchandiser). George gave us excellent service beyond what we had anticipated before walking into the store. He really restored my faith in the edgars brand with the service he gave us. He advised on the latest trends for kids, he sorted the clothes on special from those that weren't and he was just a pleasant edgars representative to have assisting us. He epitomises what service levels should be in this country.
