ACC HANDED OVER WITH ARRANGEMENT IN PLACE
I RECEIVED AN SMS THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER, I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE ACCOUNT BECAME HANDED OVER WHEN WE HAVE A STANDING ARRANGEMENT.
