absolutely worst retail company in South Africa

I have been harrasest for over a month regarding payment On an account. I have told Edgars I've been retrenched but was told flat out with a laugh they don't care...so manage to s**** up payment.which was made in 2 payments ,which I have emailed over 24 times to at least 6 different edgars. Edcon..RCS loan account email addresses ..i have even got read receipts confiming emails were read but I am still getting letters of demand..sms of demand...phone calls demanding I pay..how ****** difficult is it to take a pop and confim and allocate to an account..and when i.ask for a supervisor or info regarding an ombudsman I get the phone put down on me . I have never in my life seen an company that doesnt know how to read emails..allocate payment or check the bank..explains their current situation....i am beyond ****** angry
