absolute unprofessional services and pathectic customer care

They owe me R1500.00 for a service that I did not agree too they have been charging me . They need to refund me from last month and to date despite all the calls they refuse to refund me. for a client that has been loyal this is unacceptable...I have taken this to the consumer ombudsman......

Hi

No one in Edgars seems to understand what is the query and they refuse to assist all telling me that and I quote " SOMEONE" will call me... How long is this going to take???

According to some the refund was approved ... CALLED THE RMCS call centre useless!!!!!!!!!! NO one can help me......

Today I get a message that I need to pay the balance on my account even thou this may seem like a small amount....... LIKE WHAT THE HELL!!!! I settled my account this contract that has my account incur a balance and now I get this message??????? Its your MESS UP and I get this kind of SMS???????

AS explained quick to ask for money supposedly owed to you !!! But to pay my money back you CANT???????????
