A very unhappy Edgars customer

<p>Dear hellopeter</p> <p>I'm writing obo my father, who is a 76 year old pensioner. He has an account with Edgars & made arrangements with them in February 2015 to pay R500 pm to settle his balance of R10k. Edgars charge my dad R250 interest every month ( which I think is totally ridiculous) & he queried this issue with them, but according to Edcon it is their policy. It's been more than a year that he's been paying R500 pm & he still owes them R7k. How long will he have to pay still??? I'm totally disgusted with them.</p>
