A simple letter!!!

No one is able to assistant me and this matter needs to be addressed As soon possible All I need is my overdue balance for my account and a letter stating that my account is pay up to date if the overdue balance is 0. I required this urgently as it was requested by a job I app**** for and if I fail to provide them with the document required I will loss this job opportunity. I've been visiting Edgars stores for the past week and contacting the contact center as well and no one is able to assistant me. I can't lose a job opportunity for a simple letter!
