A Nightmare

<p>I started working last year,on the 2nd of January 2015...as a leanership at Truworths...in September on the 15th,I tryed opening an account at identity store and it was not successful ...they phoned for me to check why?.. I found out that I heard an account at Edgar's store that was opened in Durban ....gateway mall .. I went to the west street branch wit an affidavit and wit an I'd copy.I filled in a form,gave them back .they told me that I have to wait six weeks to be cleared On Itc ... End of August 2015 ..still my name was not cleared on ITC ... I went there again in west street branch they told me DAT I still have to wait.. December 2015 still my name was not cleared. I went there again .. They went to check for my records and everything,they told me DAT they can't find them.. And they told me DAT they will sort it soon just have to wait... Jan 2016 still nothing has changed.. I went the same story they gave me ...this thing its a nightmare in my life ... I have waited for so long and still today my name is not cleared. I cant even get an staff account at my workplace.. My life is stack becuz of this... I have to make it strong but am blacklist for nothing I don't know about.. I once lost my id in 2012 ..I work at a store too, I help people wit the same problem.they sort it we then few weeks... But I have waited over 14 months nothing has changed..please help me out .. I have dreams to make them come true.. This thing its ****ing me please help me</p>
