A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHO HELPED ME ALOT

I went to Edgars Eastgate on the 13 July 2015 to exchange an item I bought for my daughter which was a bit small for her I could not find the item on the shelf and went to the customer service department there, I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Boitumelo Tsosane who really went out of her way to find the item I wanted, she was very helpful and told me to wait while she looked for it and luckily she found the item somewhere in the stock room. This is the kind of service I appreciate from a retail store and I feel if I receive exceptional service I should write to compliment the person who helped just for her to see she is appreciated and her good work/service will not go unnoticed.
