A bunch of ********* that take your money but never deliver on the online order

I placed an order with edgers online for two jackets ***). It took them more than a month to deliver the order to the store for me to pick-up. Only when I got to the store, there was only one jacket, with a note that said the other jacket is out of stock, I will get a refund (luckily I took a screenshot of the invoice with the note, cause I know you will deny it, SKU number ***3). I immediately returned the one jacket, cause I have two kids, should one now just sit without a jacket. The store immediately refunded me for the one jacket, but told me head office must refund the other one as there is no stock. Its now been almost a month, and I have still not received any refund, I even called and logged an issue (***/GO). I want my refund now, or I'll report this to the police as *****
