75 % sale flook

I was very dissappointed when I got to Edgars in Pretoria church Street for the 75% sale. The racks were almost empty only to see that there are boxes of sneakers and bags of clothing behind the counter. I walked around and saw that this was on all three floors. I asked one of the staff members why those items that had the red stickers behind the counter, she said they were already purchased. While at the counter 2 staff members came and having a conversation of where their purchases were and who those that were there belonged to. Clearly all those sneakers and bags were bought by the staff members themselves. There were about 20 boxes of sneakers behind all counters and none left on the floor. I was so disgusted that Edgars advertises a sale, but the staff members can buy everything before customer can even get to the stores. If this is how Edgars operates, then they should just have the sale for their staff members and not advertise falsely to their customers.
