75% ?????

Good afternoon I need your assistance please. I have been in your stores to do some shopping today where all over the place there are stickers for 75% off.

However to my dismay when going to the counter...they firstly had to manually calculate 75% and to top it all off it is not even from the marked off price (like you do all the time) it is from the original price. I'll send a picture of my example. I asked then what is the reason for the red sticker if the 75% mark down is not calculated on it.

Can you please provide explanation or is this done in error in Bellville store. Just a few weeks ago you had 50% sale and it was not done in this manner. I'm a very dissatisfied loyal cash client.
