6 MONTS ACCOUNT CHANGED TO 12 MONTHS

Two months ago I opened an Edgars account with the thought of it being a 6 months interest free account, where I was promised a 50% discount on my first purchase and a 1000 worth of vouchers. When I made my first purchase, and queried about my 50% discount, I was told that the 50% discount was only for selected customers. A month later when I went to go and pay the monthly installment, the account showed that I had a 12 month account, with 22% interest, instead of the 6 month interest free account I app**** for(which was the main reason I opened the account). When I asked the staff how that could be possible, no staff member could give me a clear reason as to why this happened. I was dissatisfied with the service of the Edgars branch, as they kept me waiting for an hour before someone came to me and told me that they could not to anything for me and I was told to type a complaint which I feel was useless, because I did not get a response.
