6 months interest free - is only on paper not true

I have been an Edgars client for a while now. When you open an account with them they DO NO TELL YOU ABOUT THE \INTEREST FREE 6 MONTHS OPTION\"... BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO USE IT OR HAVE IT. Moreover, they will never ask you when you make a purchase \"which option 6 or 12 or 24\"... <br> I have a truworths account to show that they are conducting their business fairly and forth right, they will let you know of all your option each time.<br> I called the EDCON accounts department to ask and they told me they do have this option and I ask to move to it as I was not AWARE THAT IT EXISTED UNDER EDCON. They told me I lost the right of flexibility when I opened the account. I should have chosen 6 months then., How do you choose something you do not have know you have?? And now, they say \" I NEED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT IN FULL FIRST\" close it and OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT before I can be eligible to have an INTEREST FREE ACCOUNT. What on earth? Does the Ombudsman know about the [reckless ness and traps set for people?? This is day light *******. If the option is there, DO NOT MAKE ACCESSING IT IMPOSSIBLE.. <br> I want to move to 6 months, EDGARS HAS TO FIX THIS.. "
