3 months still no cellphone returned

I bought a cellphone from these guys an Alcatel touch screen in a month later the handset was no longer working which I understand was a technical fault, I returned it to Edgars in BirchAcAcres Mall early December and until today my cellphone is nowhere to be found, I m traveling there almost every week but all in vain they can't even find my cellphone or tell me what's the status but always telling me come tomorrow we can't find it.<br> Its costing me too much now to travel all the way every single week, <br> Actually the whole thing it's a mess, Edgars service not good at all.
