3 Months in a row and no debit order setup

I have only had my account for 3 months +-, every month its the same issue... get ****y messages like the one i received this morning that if i dont pay immediately i will be getting a bad credit rating.<br> <br> Im warning you guys now one last time, if someone does not sort this out by Tuesday the 12th of January i will refuse to pay my account and will close it as well. go listen to the recordings on my account 3rd month now i call to ask why my debit order is not been setup then they set it up but same issue each time, then i call today and now the lady wants me to send documents again/ for what??? this is not my fault, sort the problem out asap if not like i said, close my account then and you welcome to report me to the credit department for not paying, then i will sue you... mark my words<br> <br>
