3 months for a paid up letter!!!!!

So i have been waiting almost 3 months!!!!!! For a paid up letter from edgars!! Basicly was working through daly credit but everyday i hear there is nothing they can do about it!!! 3 months for n letter com on edgars really????? This is really unexceptable
