3 month turn around time on repair

I received a DKNY watch from my Husband as a wedding gift. After our honeymoon I was excited to try it on a wear it, only to disovery it wasn't working. I returned it to Edgars Centurion on the 19th of March expecting to get a new one as it was still within a warranty. It was however sent to DKNY for repairs. I have followed up numerous times, with phone calls and actually even going into the store three times. (What a waste of time and money). Rorisang was very helpful and friendly (calming my nerves for the first three visits) but it just isn't an acceptable excuse that the DKNY shop is still busy and awaiting repair. They are one of your suppliers and are causing a massive inconvenience for one of your clients. You need to take responsibility and get my wedding gift fixed and returned .
