3 month old order not delivered

I ordered a jacket online 1 week before lockdown and another order a few days before lockdown.the order that was placed later on was delivered the day before lockdown but the earlier order wasn't.i understanding you guys are busy but no communication is being sent,orders aren't being updated thier status online.Foschini atleast emails me once a week with an update which reassures me.i need my order now its an essential item and i ordered it more than two months ago.can i get an update please.order number ***
