Considering the law in South Africa around the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)I suggest you look into this as a matter of urgency seeing as this doesn't only constitute a breach of law but also borders on harassment. This is clearly and ongoing issue seeing as there has been several site reporting this number as belonging to Edgars. GOOGLE IT !!! and take corrective measures.
