*** customer care not helpfull

Call center agents don't keep promises and don't return calls. Trying to do simple sim swop. What in the world must I do to get a sim swop done from these ppl cause they don't return calls and put you on endless hold without any connection to the proper person. I didn't even agree to their free airtime thing. No one is helping regarding this. I am not even using my number because of them.
