Terrible Customer Service

I bought a Paco Rabanne perfume from Edgar’s online. When I received the parcel, it was packaged very disorderly, no protection whatsoever since this is fragile item, and as a result the perfume’s box was squashed. I was very disappointed to receive such an experience. Given how much money I have paid for this item.
