Missing items on my laybye

Hi everyone, I want to share my story and please be vigilant on these stores. I want to share a matter that occurred to me at Mall of the south at the edgars store. I had a laybye amounting to a total of 9730, I had paid a R2000 deposit and was left with R7730 balance. On the 23rd I went to the store to pay off my laybye and funny enough my things were not checked and counted if the items corresponds with the slip. I had told the guy named Sifiso that there is something I don't understand with my laybye it looks very few, he didn't mind me, until I told him to show me where on the slip it shows the number of items. I then took the plastic bag that had clothes and counted everything and to my surprise my clothes were 22 items short. That's when I called him again to tell him that there's items missing. I am not happy with this and definitely they know what they were trying to do. We can't afford to buy things cash, we try to laybye with our hard earned money and we have ************* people who want to **** us. I was refunded all my money but yet left stranded. How do I trust shopping at Edgar's again? I am not happy at all. I am going to make sure that I raise an alarm for this kind of behavior.
