Edgards Richards Bay humilated me

The humilation i have just received from Edgards Richards bay is not compared to anything in this world, i bought shoes on the 7th September 2023, wore them on the 9th and 13th September 2023 they got worn out today around 10:30 remember im wearing took them to Edgars rhey tefuse to give me my refund and asked me to take another shoes i refused. They said the manager is busy i needed to go back to work. When in a hallway wearing them they jst broke everything the sole is alone and the upper part in front of everyone in the mall had to walk bear feet
