Unreliable

<p>I ordered for a detachable tow bar for a discovery sport landrover. I confirmed with them if they have the sparepart available . They mentioned they do not so it will have to be ordered. After the vechicle was taken to their place they informed theat the spare part is incorrcect and we will have to wait. We waited but since the detachable was taking too long we fitted the fixed one. The fixed was only 3900 and the detachable was 8500.</p> <p>They owe me a refund of 4500 and i have been repeatedly asking them to pay the money . They keet telling it will be done today and tomorrow but nothing reflects in my account as yet. This is really unreasonable.</p>
