Struggling since May2018 to get a refund on item they never had.

Clients BEWARE: Went there in start of May'18 to get a rollbar for Isuzu. They didn't have stock and said we can pay and incluse courier then they will ship it. After a month still no feedback or courier. After almost two months we cancelled and was told it is okay and they will refund, but have called Franscois and AJ numerous times, every week since then but still no resolve. If you pay for something with them make sure you get the item immediately otherwise don't make payment. They are evasive when it comes to refunds. They gave me two other numbers also for the lady making payments but those numbers are just bogus as they have never worked. I'm tired waiting on these ******** and will start further procedings from now.
