Unkind people sent to clients homes to do work

Called out a someone from Edenvale Locksmith to give me a quote for some work on my gate in August 2020. Upon accepting the quote, the person came out to do the work. He was extremely unprofessional and swore (in front of me) multiple times because whatever he was doing wasnt working out as he wanted to. He was in a very bad mood and wanted to finish the work and move to his next job. To cuss in your own home is one thing but to do so in someone else's home, while they are around you listening to you do so, is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional. This gentleman needs a serious attitude change.
