Pathetic service at edenvale hospital

I'm utterly disgusted at the service delivery. A family member of mine fell and broke his hand on the 13/09/2019. He went to the hospital on the morning of the 16th and only got a stretcher late that afternoon. He then spent about 3 days on a stretcher as there were no beds available. He's being told that he's scheduled for surgery but nothing is happening. Today is the 30/09/2019 and there's no progress.
