Medical Negligence

Good morning. I'm having a complain here with Edenvale Hospital, my Mother was admitted Sunday. Since Sunday they didn't even touch her. She went to hospital for cleaning the operation, imagine from Sunday the operation will have infection from Sunday. Edenvale Hospital its bad Hospital When I call the Hospital they said she in a que how is that possible? The patient could die because of their Negligence. Those nurse are very rude.
