Edenvale staff

I came today for my appointment I got here around 9:30 am, it's now 12:49 I'm still waiting and I overhear the lady at the petient Imformation desk saying here if you don't stand up and push them for your file they won't assist you, is it supposed to be like that or I'm missing some information, I'm really not happy about the service it sucks and irritating
