Edenvale Hospital shocking

What a terrible day we had at Edenvale Hospital.... OPT department.... Very rude staff, very unsympathic and uncaring. One staff member even shouted at me in front of many patients and a doctor to keep quiet and go stand at the back and wait till he has time to talk to me.... And while my mom in pain and in a wheelchair.... Make you feel so unwelcome and like a true burden for bothering them with our illness. Very sad situation 😔. Shocking even
