Doctors diagnosing patients with their eyes

Went to Edenvale hospital last weekend for an x-ray which wasn't performed due to the doctor examining me with her eyes now it's quite difficult for me to even hold a pen meaning I can't write, even a bathing cloth is quite heavy for my right hand of which am right handed now my life is difficult can I get proper channels to report doctor S s....wa. Oh well I do have her full name just trying to avoid POPI ACT by not publishing her name but please do advise
