Shocked and saddened

I just called Edenvale glass and I needed to ask about how to get a quote for some flat round pieces of glass for lids to terraniums. But I've never had glass cut and I needed some guidance, i dont know what thickness or anything. I had the measurements ready and even took photos with the tape measure on so they can see how I measured them. But from hello the gentleman that answered was so flippin rude and sounded so irritated that I totally felt like I was bothering him so I just apoligised for bothering him and put the phone down. Little does he know i needed a ton of other glass cut for windows that broke, a table top and a few other items. I believe in supporting local businesses but this kind of service is pathetic! Now I have to find another business to help me and have to share this pathetic service with our areas community WhatsApp group cause places with such terrible service should not be supported. If you cant look after the "small" customers why should they give you their "bigger" business when it comes.
