Still waiting for ceasar in week 42, previous ceasar times 2, What a messed up bunch of staff.

Ive been booked in the postnatal ward since the 13th of December til date. Last night i was informed by a night shift sister that I'd be doing my ceasar today, the 20th December, as i have now been here the longest. This morning I was prepared with a drip and told not to eat. When the surgeon rob came to fetch people for elective ceasars no one even mentioned my name in the slightest. So i tried to find out why are other patients still moving before me, the first nurse ignored me, the second sister Gama laughed and said I should ask the doctor myself. Thereafter 3 nurses came up to me and I explained to them what I had been told last night. The one nurse from ANC says its because ive got covid that they wont take me or have moved me to the back of the queue. So i said to her that on Friday i tested negative for covid and why else would they prepare me with a drip and tell me not to eat if they know they aren't going to take me. If they are planning to move me to the back of the queue there are new people coming in here everyday so when is it the turn for the last person. The third nurse says the list for who goes to theatre and who stays is downstairs and they will find out where i am on that list. I am 42 weeks pregnant this week and have come for an elective ceasar because of CPD with two previous ceasars.. How much more serious does the situation have to get before this bunch of staff takes their patients serious.
