Poor Service and unprofessional ism

Waited over 3hours just for a file, while I had my 2months old daughter, which I was later told they can't find the file and I must go back home or wait I opted to wait and the staff members kept ignoring me as I tried telling them I needed my medication and I knew exactly what I am taking as I am diabetic and I cannot afford to miss a dose.
