POOR SERVICE

I came to hospital Monday to collect a letter that proves I had my child in their hospital, as required by home affairs.<br> They told me they only do letters on Wednesdays, today I am here since 07h00 in the morning. I have given everything my side and they tell us to sit and wait.....until what time? I have no idea. They have asked other mothers to look for their children's names in the file because they cannot see them.<br> Is this the mothers fault or they just employ *********** people or lazy people.<br> I guess I will be here until 17h00 then I can only go to home affairs tomorrow.<br> What a waste of my day!!!!
