Edenvale hospital administration department are a nightmare.

I cannot report on the drs or the nurses but the admin at this hospital really is useless. I sat in reception from 12.51 today waiting for a file and for the entire time except for 1 file at the start of that time not another file was found. At 2.05 i asked someone sitting near me is she also waiting for a file and she said she is and they were not doing any admin currently as they are in a meeting. I really flipped my lid and you cannot report to matron as not available and tgey do not know what you mean when you mention the hospital superintendent. I was waiting for the file to get my chronic meds. Really rude bunch in admin. If you have to stop everything in the middle of the day to have a long meeting i suggest you allow 2 staff members to help the queues of patients waiting for drs, meds etc and needing their files. I marched into the pharmacy file less and told them i am going home without my blood pressure and asthma meds, then pharmacist went to sort them out to find out they have also lost my file. The survice at this hospital stinks and they are answerable to no one and they honestly do not care if people live or die, these admin people are in the total wrong jobs. Disgusting!
